Solutions was the first dedicated letting agency in
West Lothian. Established in 1997, we have grown to
be the biggest and most experienced letting agency
in the area, although we now cover some other areas
of Scotland too.
We are an independently owned
company, managed and controlled in this area, not a franchise operation.
This means that decisions on services are made locally,
not hundreds of miles away, for the benefit of our clients.
All our Directors and staff have longstanding local connections
and extensive knowledge of the residential areas we cover.
We have built our reputation by providing a q uality of service
that is second to none, but at the same our charges are
very competitive. We deal with people as individuals, each
with their own particular requirements as tenants or landlords/investors.
As a client of Letting Solutions – whether tenant
or landlord/investor - you don’t pay us a penny in
fees until we have delivered the service requested. There
are no up front fees. For the convenience and security of
our clients we offer a 7 day emergency service together
with extensive normal business hours for other matters.
Our custom designed business premises in Livingston Village
have plenty free parking.
