Susan Callaghan
Joint Managing Director and Founder
Susan has 20 years' experience in letting and property management, and developed her own portfolio of refurbished properties in West Lothian and Edinburgh. Susan's main role is to develop new products and services within the business, for the benefit of our landlord and tenant clients, and oversee repair and refurbishment projects.

Brian Callaghan
Joint Managing Director and Founder
Brian has over 40 years' management experience, 25 of those in the property industry including major property acquisition and sales. During periods as a senior manager in Government he led a number of teams involved in various fields including planning, the NHS, and housing. Brian's role is to ensure that the service provided to our clients is second to none, and fully meets their requirements.

Lynne Martin
General Manager
Lynn Martin, has 25 years' experience in management, 12 of those in property letting, management, repair and refurbishment. Lynn's principal role is to monitor the quality and speed of our services, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure that members of the team are fully qualified for the work they do, pursuing ongoing training.

Rhona Douglas
Finance Manager
Rhona has over 25 years' experience of customer service within the leisure, retail and manufacturing sectors, including 10 years in villa management in Portugal. Rhona's role is the safeguarding and management of client and rental funds including collection and distribution of rents, issuing financial statements and information, and advising clients.

Michelle Leitch
Senior Property Manager
Michelle has extensive customer service experience and business administration qualifications, with over 18 years in the credit control, business systems, engineering and media sectors. Her role is oversight of the lettings and new business team, property management and support for certain finance tasks.

Nick Callaghan
New Media and IT Manager
Nick has over 15 years' experience in the hospitality and leisure industries, including over 10 years in general management. He has wide ranging expertise in IT, social media and marketing. Nick's role is to ensure that New Media and IT are used to provide the maximum benefit to our clients in terms of client experience, information and accessibility.

Karen Clark
Property Manager
Karen has considerable customer service experience in the hotel and leisure industries over a number of years. Her role as Property Manager spans oversight of the legal and regulatory paperwork for move-ins, ensuring that all the necessary safety and regulatory requirements are in place, monitoring the inspection and inventory processes, arranging repair and maintenance tasks and the resolution of end of tenancy deposit issues.

Chloe Thomson
Property Management Assistant
Chloe, one of our most recent recruits, has been with us for over a year and recently graduated from a comprehensive induction and training programme with distinction. Chloe's role is to assist and support the Property Management Team with Client Liaison duties.

Jennie Besley
Lettings & New Business Team Leader
Jennie has 10 years experience in customer service including periods in the insurance industry and 7 years as a Team Leader. Jennie role is leadership and oversight of the Lettings and New Business Teams, which includes meeting new landlords to ensure that the whole process from first contact to tenant match, to management of the property, is fully explained and fully coordinated.

Sarah Fraser
Letting Agent
Sarah has an extensive sales, customer service and administration background which includes periods as a Sales Manager and Visual Merchandiser. Sarah's role is to advise prospective tenants on property availability, undertake accompanied viewings, advise on the details of properties and areas, and ensure tenants move smoothly into chosen homes. ss from first contact to tenant match, to management of the property, is fully explained and fully coordinated.

Ola Mazur
Letting Agent and Polish Adviser
Already qualified in Business Studies, Ola is graduating this year with an Honours Degree in Business Management. Ola has the dual role in Letting Solutions of Letting Agent and also Polish Adviser to our 200 Polish tenants and other Polish people contacting the business. Her role is to advise prospective clients on property availability, and smooth the path to move in. Ola works with Property Manager colleagues in assisting communications with Polish tenants experiencing any issues with language, documentation or Scottish customs.

Rebecca Lochrie
Lettings Assistant
Rebecca is one of our newest recruits and as a trainee is learning all aspects of the lettings business. Rebecca's role is to assist the Lettings and New Business Teams on all aspects of their work, and carry out administration tasks.

Scott Woodburn
Project Manager, Property Extra Services
Scott has over 20 years experience in the building industry. He is fully trade qualified in carpentry and joinery, but is also experienced in a wide variety of other trades. Scott liaises closely with clients, applying innovative solutions to maintenance and refurbishment issues, and in all cases ensuring that works are completed on time within budget.

Maria Dowling
Project Manager, Property Extra Services
Maria is fully trade qualified in painting and decorating holding an SVQ Level 2 and 3 and advanced craft in painting and decorating, with over 7 years experience. She has won the bronze award in the national Skillbuild excellence in construction award, and participated successfully in various painting and decorating competitions around Scotland. Maria's role is to liaise with both our maintenance team and our clients to ensure that we offer the best quality service, within the cost and timescale required by the client.

Joanne Dodds
Property Inspector, Property Extra Services
Joanne has worked in customer service roles for over 8 years. Her role is to prepare detailed inventories, inspect properties at least every three months, report on property condition at the end of tenancies, and assist Property Management colleagues in the resolution of end of tenancy issues.

Jo Shaw
Assistant General Manager
Jo has been with Letting Solutions since 2008, having previously worked in estate agency for over 7 years. Jo's role is to provide leadership, quality management and training of the Team, and coordinate move ins to ensure the best possible experience for tenants and landlords.
