An administration fee is payable by tenants when the paperwork for a
tenancy is being set up. All tenancies are subject to the completion
of a tenant assessment form and referencing.

The availability of a tenancy cannot be assumed until the receipt of
satisfactory references and other required documentation, and
agreement on a firm entry date is received.

The administration fee is non refundable should the tenant or
tenants withdraw from the tenancy, or if references are found to be
unacceptable.
