She has won the bronze award in the national Skillbuild excellence in construction award, and participated successfully in various painting and decorating competitions around Scotland. She is currently studying for a BA in Business Management. Maria's role is to liaise with both our maintenance team and our clients to ensure that we offer the best quality property management for the benefit of landlords and tenants, within the timescale required.

She is from Sweden and has lived in other Western European countries before she came to Scotland almost 20 years ago. Cecilia’s role is to advise landlords on the range of services provided by Letting Solutions to meet their particular circumstances, as well as the safety and regulatory requirements for renting out a property. Together with her colleagues Cecilia can advise existing or potential landlords on the best areas to purchase properties for rent.

Office Administrator
Kailah’s role is to keep landlords and tenants up to date on maintenance and inspections involving their properties, arrange on-site attendance by contractors and maintenance staff, and ensure all the parties are kept well informed. Kailah is taking a Modern Apprenticeship course within the business through West Lothian College.
